Introducing website traffic, conversion rates, and top products

As businesses grow, so do their demands for growth-critical data. Today, we're delivering just that. With this targeted analytics update, businesses powered by Billgang can now track:

  • Top payment types and products by revenue or orders within a specific timeframe.

  • Website traffic by customer location, device, and browser.

  • Traffic conversions, based on a percentage of customers that reached checkout, purchased, or abandoned.

Our systems are sanitizing and continuing to collect tracking data as announced on Monday. Storefront analytics will gradually come online within the next 12-24 hours with already collected data.

Since our previously announced changelog, we've also pushed countless more bug fixes and platform improvements across the business dashboard and storefront builder, here's a look at what's been fixed:

  • Fixed a minor bug when attempting to delete a custom domain

  • Fixed storefront product pages by removing terms, refund, and privacy policies if disabled

  • Fixed return values when saving note to customers through the product editor

  • Fixed unhandled errors when creating a new payment through various supported payment types

  • Fixed frontend display on storefronts with long product cards on Safari browsers

  • Fixed webhook delivery error when attempting to save a URL through the dashboard

  • Fixed minor frontend issue when sorting the default "All" category section

  • Fixed issue when saving short descriptions on existing products

  • Fixed displays for various input placeholders to reflect accurate data

  • Fixed issue when saving secondary and multiple variant names

  • Fixed minor frontend display for cards without any data on storefronts

  • Fixed issues when attempting to save settings for certain payment types

We've also had some time to introduce a couple of quality of life updates (as always):

  • Introduced support for deleting existing digital warehouses

  • Introduced analytics tracking on storefronts (landing, subpages, checkout, dashboard, and more)

  • Introduced the ability to customize supported payments per payment type
