VPN/Proxies button doesn't work.
VPN/Proxies on products or payments doesn’t do anything, if I activate it and update my product/payment, it won’t activate it, so people are still able to buy products while using VPN or Proxy. After activating and updating, the button for VPN/Proxy goes back to deactivated.
Hiding Paypal F&F for Countries who doesn't support it.
Hello, As mentioned in the title, I suggest disabling PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) in the Payment Methods list for countries that do not support it. Despite clear instructions advising against using this payment method, some customers continue to send payments incorrectly, not as F&F. Removing PayPal F&F from the Payment Methods list for unsupported countries would significantly reduce these recurring issues. BR, QA, SG, IN etc. Thank you.

Slow stock update.
As the title says, the website needs like 10 minutes to update my added stock. So if I have 0 stock on product and I add new product, it takes around 8-15 minutes for the website to actually update my stock, before someone can purchase anything.
Reviews are bugged.
It happened many times so that customers leave a review but it doesn't count in their profiles.
SEO is Terrible
SEO just does not work at all. I have had the website analyzed by numerous apps. Needs to be completely redesigned or fixed.
Appealed Reviews Still appear in review section
After appeal “deleted” the review it is no longer in the review info in shop but it still shows on the review page for people to see
embed close button color being too hard to see
can you make it so we can either change the color of the close button or use the primary accent for it? its literally impossible to see
API Feature Request: Add Invoice/Order creation
Currently there is no possible way to generate an invoice/order with the API which makes using it, almost completely pointless. The only workaround is using embeds, which are extremely limited and don’t allow for multiple item purchases.

[UPDATE]: Trident said it will be fixed by tonight or tomorrow Paypal, Stripe, GooglePay, ApplePay – all of these payment gateways are currently experiencing a malfunction. They consistently generate an error message: "Unhandled Error, An error occurred while creating an order."as showing in the screenshot. For billgang developers: all i can find is this XHR POST https://sl-api.billgang.com/v1/orders/[STORE-NAME].billgang.store data: message"Unknown error (ID: 41761bd1-4414-4f61-891b-3abe5c9b0387) "errors[ "The given key was not present in the dictionary." ]
Checkout Rework
I think the design shift between sellpass and billgang has been a positive one, however I think the checkout needs another look. There is no sense of hierarchy, direction or flow. Its just kind of, all over the place. The tabs are unnecessarily long, checkout total shouldn't be on the left, some stuff is left aligned some stuff is centre aligned some stuff is right aligned, there is no sense of sectioning. Design wise nothing seems to flow naturally. Personally, all the changes made to the checkout were simply unneeded and it seems it was changed for the sake of it changing it. On the contrary, I think sellpass's checkout also had its flaws, being too small. But now I think billgang is too large - it seems a 100% VW is being used, which is way too much. 75 or 80 VW might look cleaner, give it a look. Thank you

When manually adding balance to a customers email, the balance does not go through on there end. Please fix thanks

Can't sort products on storefront
Can't edit the 'All' category. It doesn't even exist. Also if you try to rename it to All you will receive an error. Existing categories can be sorted but the list will not update on the storefront.
Not possible to change page in store builder.
