Checkout Rework

I think the design shift between sellpass and billgang has been a positive one, however I think the checkout needs another look. There is no sense of hierarchy, direction or flow. Its just kind of, all over the place.

The tabs are unnecessarily long, checkout total shouldn't be on the left, some stuff is left aligned some stuff is centre aligned some stuff is right aligned, there is no sense of sectioning. Design wise nothing seems to flow naturally.

Personally, all the changes made to the checkout were simply unneeded and it seems it was changed for the sake of it changing it. On the contrary, I think sellpass's checkout also had its flaws, being too small. But now I think billgang is too large - it seems a 100% VW is being used, which is way too much. 75 or 80 VW might look cleaner, give it a look.
