Hiding Paypal F&F for Countries who doesn't support it.

Hello,

As mentioned in the title, I suggest disabling PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) in the Payment Methods list for countries that do not support it.

Despite clear instructions advising against using this payment method, some customers continue to send payments incorrectly, not as F&F.

Removing PayPal F&F from the Payment Methods list for unsupported countries would significantly reduce these recurring issues.
