Service / Custom box is broken
whenever someone purchases my products the box is barely visible and most of the stuff written in invisible. i’ve had countless bad reviews left on my store because people weren’t able to contact me. the box is too small and the text doesn’t fit. please fix this.

Labeling issue on checkout where it says "Payment Discount" instead of "Payment Fee"
embed close button color being too hard to see
can you make it so we can either change the color of the close button or use the primary accent for it? its literally impossible to see
EMBED "X" CLOSE BUTTON IS BLACK.
It makes it near impossible to close the embed without 40/40 vision.
Increase Randomization for cashapp notes
the cashapp notes are being reused and this is very frustrating, it would be a lot more convenient if the note was a random string. I am developing an automatic payment processor for stuck payments however there is a chance it can be exploited because of overlapping notes with the same payment amount from multiple customers. please look into this
Embed integration privacy section broken
When I have an embed integration the legal privacy section seems to be broken, It shows the correct privacy text but then duplicates it and removes the formatting on the second duplicate I have checked everywhere and this doesn't seem to be an issue with anything on my end.
VPN/Proxies button doesn't work.
VPN/Proxies on products or payments doesn’t do anything, if I activate it and update my product/payment, it won’t activate it, so people are still able to buy products while using VPN or Proxy. After activating and updating, the button for VPN/Proxy goes back to deactivated.
Slow stock update.
As the title says, the website needs like 10 minutes to update my added stock. So if I have 0 stock on product and I add new product, it takes around 8-15 minutes for the website to actually update my stock, before someone can purchase anything.
"Reviews" on products page showing as 0 if no reviews.
As the photo shows, if product has no reviews, it’ll show only “0” on the product page, once 1 review is added it changes to “Reviews” like the “Terms” and “Privacy”. Should be fixed.
SEO is Terrible
SEO just does not work at all. I have had the website analyzed by numerous apps. Needs to be completely redesigned or fixed.
Discord notification webhooks not working
Like i said in the title, all set up but no one notification is arriving on my discord, all triggers checked in the settings.
Dynamic Delivery not working
Dynamic Delivery does not deliver a key from keyauth neither from a custom server which just returns a string. Billgang will always mark it as not delivered and gives a not in stock error on retrying
Automated Reviews Do Not Show Up On Website
The automated reviews after 7 days do not show up on the website. They show up on the website builder but not on the actual live site.
Mobile Website
The mobile site has terrible loading times and design. Not accessible at all especially that it shows only 1 product at a time when scrolling. Scores very low on load times.
Statistics Say 0+ Sales
I have around 200 orders but my website statistics still say 0+ orders this is an issue.
Appealed Reviews Still appear in review section
After appeal “deleted” the review it is no longer in the review info in shop but it still shows on the review page for people to see
