VPN/Proxies button doesn't work.

VPN/Proxies on products or payments doesn’t do anything, if I activate it and update my product/payment, it won’t activate it, so people are still able to buy products while using VPN or Proxy. After activating and updating, the button for VPN/Proxy goes back to deactivated.

    this is super IMPORTANT, not sure why it’s neglected by the team. hopefully some action is taken soon regarding this bug.
