This Needs To Be Added Against Fraud Transactions

We need device ban option!

Few days ago I had a customer that used stolen paypal accounts to pay on my site, after that all of them filled a case.. I banned him multiple times, email, ip adress, fraud score etc.. But he was just making new emails and and just changed location multiple times. It’s very hard to fight against something like that
