Bug with webhooks

[FIRST IMAGE] Webhooks not working with ngrok testing urls and custom urls in general although it works with discord webhooks which it shouldn't cause this is custom endpoint not discord webhook endpoint

[SECOND IMAGE] We tried using discord webhooks just to bypass this validation error but upon creation of the webhook another error was raised
