Paypal Issue

Some customer bought product from my store , he paid but on the Dashboard->Payments->Orders It say there order is expired as you can see in screenshot.
Paypal payments not working automatically or I dont know what is the issue.
The product I stocked is 11 when customer buy it still 11 in warehouse.

Also when you go to Settings->Payments->Paypal
There is option for for enable all products when you tick it and save settings and again open settings it remains untick.
