Post Feature Not Working + "Custom Page" text in Title of Pages cannot be changed.

I've tried the post feature, in the builder the post do show up, but somehow in the live site it doesn't show anything. the post block is not showing the post i have made in the dashboard.

And i noticed that i cannot change the Page title of a custom page? I saw "Custom Page" text in the title of page FAQ or any default pages but i cant seem to see the settings to change them. So far i got is the SEO one but that's for search engine not the actual page themselves.
